The CMS is owned by Serif and licensed to Francetta Strasser-King.

Custom programming written on top of a website platform is also owned by Francetta Strasser-King. Methodist Boys’ High School Alumni Association Texas will own the copyright for all data used on the site, including analytics data plus all logins and subscriptions.

Francetta Strasser-King will retain copyright for the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code created and will assign a license for Methodist Boys’ High School Alumni Association Texas to use the code on your website forever. Should Methodist Boys’ High School Alumni Association Texas ever want to make changes to the website, they retain the right to use the source code as they wish.

Any other supplied assets or software, such as royalty-free images or a licensed CMS, will retain the copyright/license as defined by their supplier.
